I had my hair transplant done with Base Médical and I want to thank the entire team for their professionalism and kindness.A special mention goes to Melda, who handled all the communication from France: always available, reassuring, and very responsive both before and after the procedure.My stay in Turkey went perfectly. The hotel was comfortable and 4 stars, and I was transported in a private van from the airport. The medical team was competent.I am truly satisfied with the organization, the follow-up, and the result. I highly recommend Base Médical! 👌

I had a hair transplant at Base Médicale in March 2025, and it's now the end of October 2025. To say the least:- Firstly, the results are there after a few months of waiting, and I am more than satisfied. - Secondly, everything related to the procedure, the transfer to the hotel, the hotel itself, the recommended places (from Melda), everything was perfect.So, if you have any doubts or fears, know that we all go through this, and Melda, who speaks French, and the doctor are there to guide you and reassure you.It's a bit of an uphill battle, but it's worth it!

I wanted to thank the entire team again for their exceptional care, from the moment I was picked up at the airport, to the translator who came to collect me at the 3-star hotel – a superb, clean, and spacious hotel.Everything went wonderfully! After a 12-hour operation (I had my hair and beard trimmed), the clinic was spotless, and the doctors who work there are competent and attentive.
